​Business Development Associate

BFS is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to connect with international e-commerce founders and brands (primarily US and UK markets). In this role, you will lead discovery discussions, present data-driven conversion audits, and close creative and account growth retainers.

​What You Will Do

• ​Conduct targeted outreach and follow-ups with e-commerce brand owners across professional platforms.
• ​Lead discovery calls and walk prospective clients through listing conversion audits and visual redesign concepts.
• ​Handle objections, negotiate service scopes, and secure advance retainer agreements.
• ​Coordinate with our in-house creative and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

​What We Are Looking For

• ​Strong verbal and written English communication skills suitable for speaking with US/UK business owners.
• ​Prior experience in sales, business development, tele-calling, or client relationship management (B2B experience is an advantage).
• ​Self-driven approach with a focus on closing deals and meeting monthly targets.
• ​Basic familiarity with e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketing is helpful, but full training on our audit methodology will be provided.
