We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support business growth through customer interaction, lead follow-ups, relationship building, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential customers Handle incoming leads and regular follow-ups Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information Build and maintain professional customer relationships Support business development and customer acquisition activities Maintain lead and customer records Coordinate with the team for daily business activities Achieve assigned activity and performance targets Requirements 12th Pass / Graduate Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Positive and confident approach Willingness to learn business development skills Ability to work independently and with a team

Pay: ₹20,593.69 - ₹40,989.44 per month
