About the Role

Dabotics India is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to expand our AI, Robotics, STEM Education and Innovation programs across schools and colleges in Meerut and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges and educational institutions.
• Visit schools and colleges and meet with Principals, Directors and Management.
• Present Dabotics' AI & Robotics Labs, STEM Programs, workshops and educational kits.
• Generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, WhatsApp and networking.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain daily lead and meeting reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Meerut and nearby areas.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in EdTech, Sales or Business Development will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is confident, target-oriented, presentable and comfortable with field sales and meeting school/college authorities.
