Role Overview

We are looking for Freelance Sales Executives / Academic Counsellors who can drive enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable certification programs.

This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals seeking flexibility along with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, messages, and other channels
• Explain and promote certification programs such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, PMP, Cloud Computing, etc.
• Understand learner requirements and suggest suitable courses
• Follow up with leads and nurture them towards enrollment
• Convert leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain basic records of interactions and progress
• Collaborate with internal teams for better lead conversion

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Access to a laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred:

• Experience in EdTech, telesales, or business development
• Prior freelance or commission-based sales experience
