The person should have experience in:

* Generating new business opportunities and acquiring clients

* Connecting with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Business Decision-Makers

* Lead generation through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels

* Scheduling client meetings and understanding hiring requirements

* Experience in recruitment/staffing business development will be preferred

* Building long-term client relationships and supporting revenue growth
