Job Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their business needs and introduce relevant products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
