Duties and Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting qualified leads into clients to drive revenue growth.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication...
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and adhere to defined sales processes (SOPs).
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions through our service.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus but not essential).
• 0–1 years of proven experience in B2B client engagement, account management, or business development**. Fresher’s** are welcome.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Capable of managing objections, multitasking efficiently, and confidently closing sales.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
• Highly driven, goal-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
