Business Development Associate

About the role

This role supports business development and e-commerce operations for a leading nail care manufacturer in the Philippines. You will assist in identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and managing online retail channels while supporting new product development and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching growth opportunities across retail and e-commerce channels
• Conduct competitor monitoring, market scanning, and category analysis
• Gather customer, retailer, and marketplace insights to support business development initiatives
• Support new product development through product benchmarking, consumer feedback gathering, and product launch coordination
• Support the day-to-day management of Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop stores, including community management, customer engagement, campaign execution, and marketplace performance monitoring
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and cross-functional project requirements
• Prepare reports, trackers, presentation, and business performance updates
• Conduct research and support evaluation of potential channels, partnership, and business development opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams, platform partners, suppliers, and agencies to ensure timely execution of initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and applicants with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well independently or as member of a team
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn e-commerce and marketing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work and deliver excellent results under time pressure
