Business Development Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to support our sales and business development team. The primary responsibilities include researching potential customers, making outbound calls, sending emails, following up with leads, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B customers and new business opportunities
• Make outbound calls to introduce our company and products
• Send introductory, promotional, and follow-up emails
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication
• Maintain and update customer contact information and lead records
• Track calls, emails, customer responses, and follow-up activities
• Assist with product information, quotations, samples, and other sales support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and contacting new customers
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
