Business Development Associate

Note: This is a remote role. We are seeking B2B sales professionals with at least 1 year of experience. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or culinary platform environments.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via calls, messages, and emails to present our offerings.
• Lead Management: Track and follow up with leads to build strong relationships and ensure timely responses.
• Lead Nurturing: Guide prospects through the sales journey, addressing queries and highlighting value.
• Sales Funnel Expertise: Manage and optimize the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Problem Solving: Apply creative solutions to sales challenges to drive conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor conversion rates and performance metrics to refine strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
