Job Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to US patients.
• Schedule dental checkups and treatment appointments.
• Explain dental services to patients.
• Handle patient queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
• Update appointment details in the CRM system.
• Meet daily calling, booking, and quality targets.
• Work with the team to improve appointment conversions.

Key Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST
• Work arrangement: Work from office Only
• Employment: Full-time
• Openings: 10

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduation in any stream.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A neutral English accent will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working the night shift.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn dental terms and CRM software.
• Previous experience is not required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
