Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Listen carefully to international clients, understand their requirements, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
• Update customer records and CRM tools accurately.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fresher or up to 3 months of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
