Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to generate qualified B2B opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and support business growth across our HR services and talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target companies and generate qualified B2B leads.
• Reach out to founders, CEOs, CHROs, HR heads, and other senior stakeholders.
• Promote StorySideUp's HR consulting, executive search, and talent solutions.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the founder.
• Research potential clients and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare weekly reports.
• Support networking events for senior HR professionals and founders in Delhi NCR.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or HRTech preferred.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
