Position: Sales & Business Development Associate

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Pitch RUSBORN's services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate pre-bookings and advance sales.
• Convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build client relationships and help drive business revenue.

EARN 30% COMMISSION ON EVERY SUCCESSFUL SALE!

• Get 30% commission on each successful sale you generate.
• No fixed salary — earnings are performance-based.
• Gain practical experience in sales, negotiation, and business development.
• Work alongside a growing startup and contribute directly to its growth.

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Age group: 19–24 years.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable approaching potential customers and closing deals.
• A growth mindset and the determination to turn dreams into reality.

Role: Commission-Based
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Commission: 30% per successful sale
