Business Development Associate

Fly Your Tech is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and drive sales for our CRM software, SaaS products, and custom software development services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Explain our products and services to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects, schedule demos, and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain lead records and sales activities in our CRM.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in calling and interacting with clients.
• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
