Business Development Associate

• Responsible for overseeing management project from land acquisition, conceptualization, planning, construction, sales and after sales
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, legal, and marketing teams.
• Responsible for the application of relevant government permits and license for the project.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities
• Collaborate with legal and planning teams for title verification.
• permitting, and compliance. Responsible for conducting marketing research and analysis
• Responsible for preparation of project feasibility study monitoring of business development budget, expenses and project cost.
• Prepare business proposals, land acquisition reports, and presentations
• Participate in negotiations, project meetings, and stakeholder briefings.
• Preparing financial analyses to assess project profitability and viability, including projections, feasibility studies, and cash flow. Works closely with Finance to align budgets, track costs, and support strategic planning with data-driven insights.
• Perform any job related task assigned by the Business Development Head

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
