Business Development Associate

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Monitor account performance, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for improving service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, and design) to meet client needs.
• Prepare and present reports on account metrics, sales performance, and client feedback.
• Identify and generate new leads and opportunities for IT website services, targeting businesses in need of website design, development, and digital marketing.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable terms.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and other stakeholders in the industry.
