We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our WOWER team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and graduates who are interested in sales, business development, and the education sector.

The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, conducting product/service demonstrations, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Connect with leads and understand their requirements.
• Schedule and manage demo bookings.
• Conduct effective demo conversations with potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional customer interactions.
• Contribute to business development and revenue goals.

Eligibility

• Freshers / Graduates / Candidates with Any Degree can apply.
• Good communication skills in Telugu or any regional language.
• Working knowledge of English and/or Hindi.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Candidates must have their own laptop and stable internet connection.

Training & Compensation

• Selected candidates will undergo a 45-day training period.
• Performance-based incentives will be provided during training according to the applicable slab structure.
• Candidates who successfully achieve the required targets during the training period will proceed to the Package Round.
