Business Development Associate – Farm Produce

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential buyers for farm produce.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate customer orders with the farm operations team.
• Visit prospective clients and conduct product presentations.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Prepare weekly sales and business development reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting and talking with clients.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel for client visits.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
