We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to help us expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.

High-performing candidates may be offered permanent employment with a company-sponsored visa

This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity suitable for individuals who are confident in sales, networking, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients interested in UAE business setup and related services.
• Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and other channels.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular communication with the Vision Prime team regarding leads and opportunities.

Compensation

Commission-Based – No Fixed Monthly Salary during Probation Period

Your earnings will be directly linked to your performance and successful client conversions. The more business you generate, the more you earn.

50/50 commission split — the commission earned from each successful transaction is divided equally between the company and the Business Development Associate.
