• Handle customer inquiries and generate sales through inbound and outbound calls.
• Promote NoBroker products and services to potential customers.
• Build customer relationships and support lead conversion activities.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and explain NoBroker services and subscription plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through CRM systems.
• Follow up regularly with customers to drive conversions and closures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with field sales and operations teams for smooth customer handling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional NoBroker services when applicable.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Preferred candidate profile
