About the RoleWe are looking for motivated, driven Business Development Associate Intern to join our growth team. This role offers flexible remote work and an performance-linked earning model. Whether you are a college student building practical experience, a graduate looking to secure a full-time career path, or someone re-entering the corporate space, this role provides hands-on exposure to consultative selling, direct marketing, and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospective candidates, identify their needs, and enroll them into Utilized's programs.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective client requirements and guide them toward the program solutions best suited for them.
• Revenue Generation: Convert qualified leads into active program enrollments.
• Relationship Management: Maintain transparent communication with prospective candidates to ensure strong trust and satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Monitor client feedback and competitor trends to refine outreach strategies.
• Compliance & Integrity: Follow company guidelines strictly—mis-selling or unaligned practices are not tolerated.

Engagement Duration & Path to Full-Time

• Internship / Probation Period: 4–6 Months
• Full-Time Transition (PPO): Exceptional performers will be offered a Full-Time Role with a Fixed Salary upon completing their internship or probation, with compensation calibrated to sales track record.

Commission & Incentive StructureThis opportunity features an uncapped, commission-based earning model during the internship/probation period:

• Direct Commission: ₹500 per successful enrollment (No minimum threshold required—you start earning from your very first sale).
• Example Earnings:
• 1 Sale = ₹500
• 2 Sales = ₹1,000
• 10 Sales = ₹5,000
• Milestone Bonus: Achieve your 6th sale to unlock an additional ₹1,000 cash bonus.

• Leave Allowance: 1 Casual Leave + 1 Medical Leave per month.
• Certification: Official Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon successful completion.
