About the Opportunity

Sky Alliance Group Inc. is looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our Business Development & Management Training in Dallas.

This is an entry-level, client-facing position designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop experience in business development, sales, client management, and leadership.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide structured training, hands-on coaching, and one-on-one mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and advance within the organization.

Our goal is to develop future leaders from within.

What You'll Do

As part of our Business Development team, you will:

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Learn consultative sales and business development strategies
• Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Manage prospective and existing client relationships
• Track activity, goals, and performance using CRM systems
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development
• Work closely with leadership to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop leadership and team-management skills as you progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work full-time and in person in Dallas, TX
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area for client meetings

Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, athletics, leadership, or other people-focused environments is a plus but not required.
