Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and 2-4 years of experience in US IT Staffing.

This role primarily supports sales campaign outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US IT staffing industry, strong candidate-to-client profile-matching skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, job candidates, and clients

Required Skills

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in US IT Staffing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Strong ability to read and understand US IT job descriptions.
• Excellent candidate profile screening and requirement-matching skills.
• Ability to identify the most suitable client requirement for a candidate based on their profile.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US Staffing environment.
• Willingness to work in the US on a night shift.
