Business Development (BD)

About the role

Linked U Studio is seeking a Business Development professional with interest in the Model, KOL, Creator, and Talent industry to help expand the company's Talent Network. The role spans from sourcing and recruiting new talent to managing operations after they join. This position suits someone who enjoys meeting new people, has strong connection-building skills, understands Social Media and the Creator/Model ecosystem, and can work hands-on while leveraging Technology and AI to improve work efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Search and contact Models, KOLs, Creators, Actors, and Talent through various channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Casting Communities, Agencies, and Personal Networks
• Contact, introduce, and explain work opportunities with the company, and build strong long-term relationships with Talent
• Develop and test new channels for recruiting Talent through Direct Outreach, Referrals, Social Media, Communities, and Campaigns to continuously grow the Talent Network
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process after Talent accepts, including data collection, scheduling, preparing Profiles/Portfolios, and system onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Talent data and status, follow up on work, documents, and related requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for performance tracking
• Develop content and recruitment campaigns to attract new Models, KOLs, and Creators, and create simple designs or content using Canva independently
• Use AI to support Research, Sourcing, Outreach, Content Creation, Data Organization, and improve work efficiency

About you

• Experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, KOL/Influencer, Model/Casting, Creator Management, Agency, or Community work will be given special consideration
• Interest in and understanding of the Model, KOL, Creator, and Social Media ecosystem
• Proactive, confident in contacting and building connections with new people
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Able to follow up on work and manage large amounts of detail
• Proficient in Social Media, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Able to use Canva or basic design tools
• Open to and capable of integrating AI Tools into actual workflows
• Quick learner with ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-developing environment
