Automotive BDC Representative / Appointment Setter

Select Automotive Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable BDC Representative to respond to vehicle inquiries, follow up with potential buyers, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and consistent with follow-up.

Previous dealership experience OR over-the-phone sales experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming leads by phone, text, and email.
• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and previous customers.
• Answer basic questions about inventory and the purchasing process.
• Schedule and confirm dealership appointments.
• Follow up with unanswered leads, missed appointments, and customers who have not purchased.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
• Work toward established goals for customer contact, appointments, and showroom visits.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working at a dealership or selling over the phone is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and CRM software.
• Dependable, professional, and focused on customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with DealerCenter or Podium is a plus.
