Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing customer experience. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will help foster long-term relationships and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various communication channels to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Setting appts based off our timeframes and allowing room for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Organize daily tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and meet targets.

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers professionally.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with outside sales or retail sales environments is a plus.
