Business Development Center Representative

Founded by a mechanic who started in auto repair in 1988, T&D (Trust & Drive) Auto Group is a family-minded, Fresno-rooted dealership built on honesty and lasting customer relationships. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Call Representative to join our sales team.

About the Role
As a BDC Representative, you'll often be the first voice our customers hear. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and help bring customers into our showroom.

What You'll Do

• Make and receive calls to generate and follow up on sales leads
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
• Track leads, log calls, and manage follow-ups in our CRM (Get My Auto)
• Confirm appointments and remind customers to bring needed documents (ID, proof of income, etc.)
• Help customers begin the credit application process
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions

Compensation

• $3,100/month base salary (non-exempt, overtime eligible)
• $25 per qualifying appointment: the customer shows up, completes a credit application, and begins the purchasing process

Schedule
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days a week, with one weekend day and one weekday off

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM software (Get My Auto experience a plus)
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a high volume of calls
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prior BDC, call center, or auto sales experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable, professional, and customer-first
