Job Description – Business Development Executive

Location: Ashok Vihar Phase 3 – Delhi NCR 110052

Industry: Aluminium Trading and Manufacturing

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Salary – No Commission)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in B2B digital platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc., who can convert inbound leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to B2B inquiries generated via IndiaMART and other digital platforms.

Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales orders.

Regular follow-ups with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, availability, and order execution.

Maintain basic customer data and lead tracking.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Might involve visits to the premises of customers/potentials, as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience working on B2B platforms (IndiaMART mandatory).

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to close deals independently.

Good spoken and written English.

Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business).

Experience in metals / aluminium / industrial products preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
