This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and clients, monitoring and evaluating business development strategy results, and achieving company growth targets. You will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, develop business strategies, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across divisions to ensure market strategies are aligned.

• Monitor and evaluate results of business development strategies periodically
• Achieve company growth targets that have been set
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strengths and weaknesses
• Identify potential new customers, clients, or markets continuously
• Establish strategic partnerships with third parties, vendors, or other institutions that are mutually beneficial
• Formulate expansion plans, product development, or new business models with leadership
• Conduct intensive communication and negotiate business cooperation or contract agreements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure market strategies are aligned
