Business Development

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field
• Experience in financial services, insurance, lending, investment, or similar industries is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Able to identify market trends, business opportunities, and client needs
• Goal-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
• Strong skills in client management, reporting, and documentation
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client meetings, and business visits as needed

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities and agency partnerships
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients and institutional partners
• Prepare, negotiate, and close business agreements and MOAs, subject to management approval
• Identify business opportunities through market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve targets
• Manage client accounts, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Develop and recommend client retention and business growth strategies
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales, client, and business development reports
