Business Development

1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company's growth objectives.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in English.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to support partner onboarding and client success
6. Represent company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities as needed.
7. Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives.

Requirement:

1. Fluent in English.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3. Experienced in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or HRIS, fresh graduates are welcomed.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
6. Ability to travel locally or internationally if required.
