Business Development

About the role

PT RREX International Logistik is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join the team and support the company's business growth in the logistics and cargo industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and business partners in the logistics and cargo industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers
• Present and promote the company's logistics services according to customer needs and business requirements
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and business agreements with prospective and existing clients
• Monitor market trends and competitors and provide insights to support business development strategies and achieve company targets

Qualification

• Minimum D3 or S1 in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, or similar position
• Experience in a logistics/cargo company is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in PIK 2
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday half-day)
