About the Role

SmartFin CFO is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals, and networking.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Explain company products/services and effectively communicate their value.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
