1.Business Development

• Create Proposal Letter for current business/new business opportunity
• Create offer letter to respective clients
• Communicate with third parties/prospect/vendor/contractor for company business proposal
• Manage and update related information for company's activities/promotion on social media
• Create a survey for new business opportunities
• Run Administrative Task

2. Financial

• Create a Memorandum Of Payment (MOP) for payable purposes

3. Keeping documentation and filing record accordingly

4. Other Task to Be Done (Informed by the Head of Department)

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Qualification - Diploma or High Diploma in related Field

• Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlokk, 365 (AI)
• Excellent Language Proficiency (Malay, English) or (Added language is an advantage)
• Professional Business Communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business, site visits, meetings and tender related activities
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation ad stakeholder management skills
• Ability to conduct market research, prepare business proposals, tender documents and basic commercial/financial analysis
