- Sound understanding of legal terms frequently used while signing property contracts at various stages.
- Co-ordination with Store planning and builder architects for approval on store layouts and to ensure developers follow the concept approved by the companys planning department.
- Monitor construction progress of properties signed by us and are under fit outs.
- Regular update to management on construction progress and market development.
- Work closely with the project department on timely execution of store fit-outs in budgeted costs.
