Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Align with strategies set by the Southeast Asian Headquarters to pursue expansion opportunities while maximizing the efficiency of current business operations.
• Ensure the achievement of financial goals and key performance indicators. Enhance profitability through strategic improvements across all departments.
• Work closely with the Operations department to continually enhance customer satisfaction and improve the efficiency of operational processes and costs.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, HR) to ensure prompt execution of responsibilities relevant to present and future market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is ideal but not mandatory.

• Industry Experience: Ideally, 5+ years of experience in business or operations management.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding English and Thai communication skills to collaborate effectively and lead across multiple departments, including interactions with the Southeast Asian Headquarters.

• Personal Attributes: Exceptional levels of adaptability and resilience to work in a rapidly growing, challenging, and demanding environment.
