What they need
- Brand Aid, a leading multi-country marketing, advertising, and production agency operating across 9 countries (Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, and Syria), is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to grow our presence in the Syria market.This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning them into signed business across our full range of services.What You'll OwnIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across POSM, Events & Activations, Exhibitions, Luxury, Fit-Out, and Retail
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, pitches, and pricing structures for prospective clients
- Build and maintain a strong network of decision-makers and stakeholders in the market
- Work closely with account management and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and continued growth of new accounts
- Track and report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue targets to management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Represent Brand Aid at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
- What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within advertising, marketing, events, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building a strong pipeline
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of POSM, Events, Activations, Exhibitions, Luxury, Fit-Out, and/or Retail
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in Syria
