Business Development (Consumer Loan)

• Own and drive projects end-to-end, from problem identification and strategy development to feasibility assessment, planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation. Projects may include new product launches, business initiatives, and user or merchant experience improvements.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities through market research, user insights, competitive analysis, and data; translate findings into actionable strategies and drive execution from concept to launch.
• Analyze business performance and diagnose key drivers, working confidently on data or with a data team to conduct analysis, identify opportunities or issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend actions.
• Drive day-to-day business performance, including performance monitoring, management reporting, campaign/project tracking, and ad-hoc business analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver projects effectively.
• Manage stakeholders independently, proactively communicate progress and issues, facilitate discussions, and ensure clear follow-ups and closure.
• Navigate business and regulatory requirements relevant to the credit business and incorporate them into business decisions and project execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university.
• Experience: 0 – 3 years of relevant experience; high-potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
