Business Development Coordinator

WTI is a family-owned, internationally recognized aquatic design and engineering firm specializing in world-class aquatic venues, from thrilling waterparks to elite competitive swimming pools and vibrant community recreation centers. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Business Development team in Beaver Dam, WI. This office-based role will support a variety of business development, proposal, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. Working closely with experienced team members, you'll help coordinate proposals, maintain client and project information, support marketing efforts, and contribute to building strong relationships that drive WTI's continued growth and success.

Full-Time, Salaried Position
This position is based in our Beaver Dam, Wisconsin office. Remote work arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives by assisting with client research, market intelligence, and outreach activities for current and prospective clients.
• Monitor and maintain key bid sites, procurement portals, industry publications, and opportunity tracking resources to identify potential project opportunities.
• Support the development, maintenance, and refinement of Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) and other sales and marketing related materials.
• Assist in identifying, organizing, and maintaining relevant project imagery, references, and data for use in SOQs, proposals, or presentation materials.
• Collaborate with our Marketing & Sales teams to gather and organize content for websites, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro. Experience with additional design software is a plus.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems while collaborating effectively with team members across the organization.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling content and represent the company professionally.
