Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator is a sales support role that shall be responsible for providing structured sales, commercial, and administrative support to the Business Development Department to ensure the efficient, timely, and compliant execution of sales operations. The role supports supplier sourcing, preparation of quotations and commercial proposals, coordination of bidding and tender requirements, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination, in accordance with the established company policies, approved procedures, and applicable management system requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, consolidate, and review costings, quotations, and commercial proposals based on inputs from relevant stakeholders;
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance of quotations with client requirements, approved pricing structures, and internal authorization matrices;
• Format and compile commercial proposal documents, including pricing schedules, commercial terms, and required supporting attachments;
• Support revisions, clarifications, and re-submissions of quotations and proposals as required by clients;
