Business Development Coordinator Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication among internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Management.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and external partners regarding operational and administrative matters.

• Prepare, maintain, and manage business documents such as proposals, contracts, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate records and update data in CRM, ERP, or other business systems.

• Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, business activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Support the planning and execution of business meetings, events, and company initiatives.

• Assist in identifying operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
