Business Development Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Engineer to support business growth for water and wastewater treatment projects through technical-commercial coordination, client engagement, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and infrastructure opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams on technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct market research and opportunity tracking.
• Support commercial systems and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary, Chemical, Environmental, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering is preferred.
• Experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred

• PRC License (Engineering graduates) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Experience in technical proposals, tenders, or commercial documentation.
• Training in sales, business development, or negotiation is a plus.
