Business Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities :-

1. Identify and develop new customers for plastic injection molding.

2. Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, and Tier-2 automotive customers

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.

4. RFQ & Quotation Management.

5. Analyst costing of raw material and calculate the material need as per requirements.

6.Planning of the materiel uses and price negotiations.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Number of RFQs received and quotations submitted.

• RFQ to order conversion rate.
• Revenue generated from new customers.
• On-time quotation submission.
• Customer satisfaction and retention.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and manufacturing processes.
