Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and develop new customer relationships.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
• Recommend appropriate technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Work closely with internal technical and product teams to support customer opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, account management or business development, preferably within a technical product environment.
• Experience in optics, photonics, technical or industrial products would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regional as required (SEA)
