Business Development (ERP / SaaS)

We are hiring a Sales Executive with IT awareness and strong closing skills to sell our ERP / SaaS-based solutions. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers through demos and consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert qualified leads into paying customers
• Conduct product demos (online/offline) for ERP / SaaS solutions
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Handle negotiations and close deals
• Coordinate with onboarding and support teams
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Skills Required:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems / SaaS platforms / IT products
• Ability to explain technical features in simple language
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• CRM and sales funnel understanding

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred
• 0–3 years experience in sales (ERP/SaaS preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication & IT knowledge can apply
