About EazyPiano

EazyPiano is a personalised music companion that helps you practice musical instruments with Indian songs. Our piano app offers daily lessons, practice exercises, ear training and rhythm practice on popular Indian songs. We are now partnering with music schools across India, and every partner school earns 30% of each yearly subscription from its students.

About the role

Marketing Partner, B2B Partnerships (Music Schools). You will find music academies, teachers and school music departments, pitch them, sign the partnership, and help them get their first paying students. We have multiple openings.

What you will do

• Build a target list of music academies, teachers and school music departments in your area
• Reach owners and principals by phone, WhatsApp and in-person visits
• Run demos of the app and the teacher dashboard
• Close a one-page MoU with each school
• Help each school's teachers get their first 5 students paying
• Keep schools active after signing, and send a short weekly report

Experience and skills we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships or field marketing (freshers with strong music school contacts are welcome)
• Experience in B2B or relationship-led selling, ideally in education, edtech, music or the arts
• Proven record of closing partnerships or meeting targets, or an existing network of music teachers and academy owners
• Confident communication in English and the local language
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable reporting results every week
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and the phone for outreach
• A love of music is a bonus
