Business Development Executive (B2B Packaging Solutions)

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and recommend packaging solutions based on customers' requirements.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and periodic sales reports.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Negotiate with customers and support the sales team in closing business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel to meet customers.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Knowledge of the plastic packaging industry will be an added advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.
