Business Development Executive (B2B SaaS / Tech) Internship

About the role

As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS and tech sales. You will work closely with our core team to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and drive growth in the Malaysian market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and industry trends in Malaysia
• Assist with lead generation, outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn), and qualifying prospects
• Support the sales team in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
• Maintain and organize client data within the CRM/sales database
• Participate in strategy meetings and learn the end-to-end B2B sales cycle

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A strong, genuine interest in B2B tech sales, SaaS, Big Data, and AI solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commute to or work from the office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
