AstraaTech is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

If you have experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development and enjoy building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Relevant)

Qualification: Graduate

Key Requirements:

• Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development experience
• Strong target-based calling & revenue generation skills
• B2B & B2C sales exposure preferred
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Bengali
• CRM Tools & MS Office proficiency
• Software Sales experience is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
• Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
• Build strong client relationships through consultative selling & upselling
